ORDERING
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order quantity but a delivery charge of SG$30 applies for orders under $300.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Visa, Master, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, JCB, and Shop App.
Can I amend or cancel an order after I have placed it?
We are sorry that we are unable to cancel orders after payment has been confirmed. For changes to your order please contact us via the Contact Us Form. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

GIFTS
Can I send a gift to somebody in Singapore from overseas?
Absolutely. Please make sure the local delivery address includes the unit number and Singapore postal code. Let us know the name and contact number of the recipient, we will get in touch with them to ensure the delivery process is successful.
