Refund policy

We will offer you an exchange or refund of your purchase if:

• you received a broken or damaged item(s)
• you received the wrong item(s).

Should the item(s) received not match your order or the item(s) is delivered damaged, please notify us at the latest within 2 days of the delivery date. You may email us at store@julietvictor.com.sg so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only original and unopened bottles can be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Cork tainted bottle(s) can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

• Return of the wine(s) is at your own cost.
• The wine(s) returned should not be less than half a bottle.
• It is subject to our evaluation.

We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
