We will offer you an exchange or refund of your purchase if:
- you received a broken or damaged item(s)
- you received the wrong item(s).
Should the item(s) received not match your order or the item(s) is delivered damaged, please notify us at the latest within 2 days of the delivery date. You may email us at email@example.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Only original and unopened bottles can be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Cork tainted bottle(s) can be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- Return of the wine(s) is at your own cost.
- The wine(s) returned should not be less than half a bottle.
- It is subject to our evaluation.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.
